Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5tk10 are governed by the following rules:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable to all methods).

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. Delays may occur in the event of technical issues.

Withdrawals

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus; a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonuses can only be used on games designated by 5tk10.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• 5tk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5tk10 platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus hunting — creating an account solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, introduce viruses, or inject harmful code into the platform's software or systems.
• Playing or managing an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
